The MYLP empowers young people (ages 14-18) from diverse backgrounds to become active changemakers in their communities. Through workshops, mentorship opportunities, and service-learning projects, participants develop critical leadership skills, explore social justice issues, and foster intercultural understanding. The program curriculum equips youth with; Leadership Development, Social Justice Education, Intercultural Understanding and Service Learning.
Participants learn public speaking, communication, and conflict resolution skills to effectively advocate for positive change.
Interactive workshops explore themes of diversity, equity, and inclusion, empowering youth to analyze social issues and develop solutions.
The program fosters empathy and respect for different cultures through guest speakers, cultural exchange programs, and collaborative projects.
Youth apply their skills and knowledge by participating in community service projects that address local needs and promote social good.
MYLP graduates emerge as confident, informed leaders with a passion for creating a more just and equitable world.
